Watermelon Rosé Balsamic Panna Cotta
Ingredients:
2 cups heavy cream
½ cup whole milk
½ cup sugar
1 packet (2¼ tsp) unflavored gelatin
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
In a small bowl, bloom the gelatin in milk for 5 minutes. In a saucepan, heat cream and sugar over medium until just steaming (do not boil). Stir in the gelatin mixture until dissolved, then add vanilla and 1 tbsp balsamic. Pour into ramekins and chill for 4+ hours. Drizzle with remaining balsamic.
