When can I get my goods?
If you sign up within a given calendar month (or have a recurring charge on a given month), you will be eligible to receive goods in the next month. For example, if you signed up in February, the first month you’ll receive your subscription box will be March, etc.
When do I get billed?
When you sign up for a subscription, you will have a recurring membership. Your first charge will occur on the day you sign up, and you will have a recurring charge every subsequent month (unless you pause or cancel your subscription)
How do I manage my subscription?
Subscription boxes are set to auto renew each month. After signing up, you can manage your subscription in your Phat Olive account settings.
How do I get my goods?
Be sure to enter code BOXOFTHEMONTH at checkout for complimetary shipping. You will receive an email when your order is shipped out with a tracking link.
All orders will ship around the second week of each month. Must have a physical address, no PO Boxes.
We are currently working on a better alternative to provide automatic free shipping through our service provider, SquareSpace.
Policies?
It is the customers responsibility to keep any address and credit card changes updated in their Phat Olive account before boxes are shipped. There is no membership fee and no refunds once a box is shipped.
